It seems that he computer wants to think the Intel graphics is the main screen. Of course, there is no Intel video port to plug in to!. The other card is extended. In the past, I was able to hit "Windows key-P: to bring up the monitor settings, and even though I could not see what was going on, I was able to rotate through the 4 choices to get to "duplicate" and see what is going on.

No doubt the 3rd party video needs to catch up to current drivers, but I can''t do anything on the computer! Just to get rid of bad drivers or some application blocking the logon process. I forgot to mention, this is not my computer, so it has never been on my network until today.

No ping. I can see that the router has given the PC an IP address. I just went through this, are you using McAfee? If so there's a spoofing policy that you need to turn off in EPO. I am trying to go back to Win 7 currently. Then, I'll image, update, image again. I am not familiar with what EPO is. I am unsure of the AV running on the machine as I have not seen it run. However, I will check if it's McAfee or not. I was able to boot to the repair console from a Win 10 install on a Thumb drive and able to revert back to Win 7.

Of course it hung on "restarting computer" - I had to manually turn it off and restart the computer.
